Bates Blonde is a Belgian style Blonde ale, sometimes referred to as a Belgian Single. Bates Blonde is brewed to be light and refreshing yet full of flavor. Yeast-driven fruity esters balance with a clean maltiness and a crisp, dry finish with a lingering hint of earthy and floral Noble German hops.

Our flagship Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA features intense notes of citrus and tropical fruit with subtle floral/coconut taste. The grain provides a silky smooth mouthfeel to let the hops shine. Enjoy this quintessential hazy after a day spent in nature, connecting with others or some quiet time.

Haole Boy Lager is brewed in tribute to Venturas local surfing dog legend, Haole Boy and his Pawrents John and Kim Murphy for their impactful work made by these three through their surf therapy are powerful even as this Ambassadog batted cancer. This beer is brewed to be light and refreshing, the perfect after surf refreshment. Haole Boy Lager is brewed with a substantial amount of non-GMO flaked maize to lend a subtle corn chip flavor to the beer. Just enough hops were used to provide balance to the beer without being too bitter.

This beer is a classic West Coast IPA with sharp hop bitterness balanced against a malty backbone. Aromas of orange citrus with a hint of pine resin greet you with similar notes on the palate. Malty flavors of light caramel work in tandem with the featured hops to produce a satisfying, well balanced beer.

West Coast Double IPA - showcasing vibrant hop notes of tropical fruit and citrus with substantial bitterness. A relatively light body leads to a crisp finish with more hops. 9.0% ABV, 100 IBU

Dos Arboles Continental (Czech) Pilsner is our take on the classic style, popular worldwide. Dos Arboles features beautiful notes of graham, honeysuckle and hay from floor malted Pilsner - balanced against earthy and floral notes from the combination of European Noble hops. Long lagering time allows the flavors to meld and mature into a refreshing and complex Pilsner.

This Hazy/New England-style Double IPA was born out of a collaboration with our good friends at Brass Bear Brewing in Santa Barbara. We brewed this beer with copious amounts of Sabro and Citra hops in the kettle and Mosaic Cryo and more Sabro hops in the whirlpool to give the beer a strong base of coconut and fruit flavors to layer upon more hops. Sabro and Citra hops are added during primary fermentation to boost the tropical fruit notes through bio-transformation. We then add a second dry hop charge of Mosaic Cryo and Sabro Lupomax to add a layer of clean top notes of bright fruit and more coconut. The grain bill of this beer consists of a heavy-handed dose of torrified wheat and rolled oats to help give the beer its murky haze with a slight addition of honey malt to add a subtle undertone of honey sweetness. S-33 yeast adds to the already fruity character of beer.

Mac Brown is surprisingly light on the palate and showcases the depth of flavor found in English-grown Maris Otter malt with supporting notes of caramel and chocolate.
